Dynamics4.NET FAQ: Do the Dynamics Managers (Security, Internationalization, ...) work as in Progress Dynamics?

Yes. The Progress Dynamics Managers do work in Dynamics4.NET as they do in the regular Progress Dynamics.

The managers source code has been slightly enhanced (to support object references in runtime attributes and to be able to launch .NET Forms). No existing behavior of the managers needed to be removed from the source code.

In addition we have created wrappers to the managers functionality based on static classes. This enables the usage of the Dynamics managers APIs from object oriented and custom procedural code.
